ROLLS AND WHITE BREAD

Makes 36 rolls or 2 knaves of bread

8 cups flour 2 pkts dry instant yeast ( 10g pkts)
6 Tbsp brown sugar or syrup
6 Tbsp oil
3-4 tsp salt
700ml wamm water

·Place all the ingredients into a food mixer and knead using the dough hook for 20-30 mins.
·Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover and leave in a warm place till twice its see (roughly 1 hours)
·Form into shapes and leave again until doubled in size
·Bake the rolls at 180°C for 25mins
 

If making the loaves and not the rolls use 2 loaf tins measuring 10x28cm and bake at 180°C for 35 mins
