SMOOTHIES

 

250ml Greek yoghurt
OR
125ml yoghurt & 125ml vanilla ice cream


125g black cherries or blueberries - tinned are fine
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup pecan nuts - chopped

·Blend the black chemes (reserving a few for the top) in a processor until they are smooth
·Pulse in the yoghurt, syrup and pecan nuts
·Serve chilled in a tall glass
·Garnish with the extra cherries and a sprig of mint
