Cheese Scones

180g self-raising flour
2ml salt
10ml baking powder
60g butter – cut into cubes
20g parmesan – grated
1 cup cheddar cheese – grated – reserve a little for sprinkling on top
120ml milk
Melted butter

Sift the flour, salt and baking powder together

Rub in the butter

Stir in parmesan and grated cheese

Add the milk until a soft dough forms

Pat out and cut into shapes

Brush with melted butter and sprinkle the reserved grated cheese

Bake at 200°C for 25mins
