Cherry Clafouti

20 cherries – pitted
6 large eggs
2 cups full cream milk
120g flour
50g sugar

Place the cherries in a low sided baking dish
Combine the batter ingredients and pour over the cherries
Bake at 180°C for 45mins – 1 hour until puffed and browned
Dust with icing sugar and serve with crème fraîche
