Cleopatra Bread

Makes 2 loaves
8 cups flour
2pkts dry instant yeast (10g pkts)
6Tsp brown sugar
6Tsp oil
3-4tsp salt
700ml warm water

Mix all the ingredients together for 20-30 mins in a Kenwood
Place in an oiled bowl and leave in a warm place till twice its size
Knock back
Form into 2 oblong shapes and place on an oiled baking sheet
Leave again until doubled in size
Bake at 180°C for 35mins
