Cocktails

Gin & Tonic

Fill a tall glass with ice Add:
30ml (1 tot) Gin
Tonic water to fill

Garnish with a lime slice. Add a dash of bitters to make it a pink gin

Classic Dry Martini

In a shaker combine:
60ml (2 tots) Gin
10ml dry white vermouth (to taste)
Ice to fill

Shake and strain into a Martini glass
Garnish with an olive

Tom Collins

In a tall glass combine:
60ml (2 tots) Gin
30ml lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar

Stir, then fill glass with ice. Fill with club soda

Negroni

30 ml (1 tot) gin
30 ml (1 tot) sweet vermouth
30 ml (1 tot) Campari

Combine in a cocktail shaker of ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass
