Hendricks Cocktails

1oz equals 30ml

The Modern Martini

2 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 green olive
Angostura bitters
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes
Stir for 30 seconds
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Add a dash of bitters
Garnish with the olive or lemon twist

The Gin Bloody Mary

Tomato juice
2oz gin
Dash of lemon juice (or lime)
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
2 or 3 drops Tabasco
Pour the tomato juice and gin over ice and add the dash of lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce
Garnish with a celery stick and a lemon wedge
