Paleo Bread With Toppings

3 cups almond flour
4 Tsp coconut flour
½ cup flaxseed meal
1 tsp sea salt
1 ½ tsp baking powder
10 medium eggs
½ cup coconut oil
1 Tsp honey
2 Tsp apple cider vinegar

Place almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed meal, salt and baking powder into a food processor and pulse
Blend in eggs, oil, honey and vinegar
Pour the batter into a medium bread pan
(it doesn’t rise very much)
Bake at 190°C for 38 mins in the middle of the oven
Spread thickly with a flavoured
cream cheese and top with tomatoes, avos, onion and basil
Season well and sprinkle with balsamic
