Pink Cinzano With Homemade Lemonade

Makes 2 litres

To make the lemonade

180 ml lemon juice
225 g castor sugar
1.75 Lt boiling water
Zest of 2 lemons
1 – 2 tots Cinzano
ice cubes

A touch of pink food colouring
(beware this is vibrant stuff so experiment in a glass of water first to get the required colour)

Top up with homemade lemonade

Decorate with variegated mint and marjoram flowers.
