Richard’s Diet Burger

Richard’s Diet Burger – eat this and lose weight!
500g mince
2 cloves of garlic – crushed
2 Tsp chopped parsley
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tsp Worchestershire sauce
6 drops Tabasco sauce
2 egg yolks
Salt and pepper
4 large mushrooms
Slices of fresh tomato
1 small red onion – sliced into rounds
Tomato sauce

Combine the mince with the garlic, parsley, mustard, Worchestershire, Tabasco, yolks and seasoning.
Gather together – very lightly – and form into patties
Fry on a griddle pan till coloured
Put in the oven for 8-10 mins
Fry the mushroom on a high heat
Fry the tomato slices
Fry the onion rings
Layer with the mushroom, tomato slices, burger patties and top with the onion
Squeeze over some tomato sauce
Serve with a lettuce and herb salad
