Fruit of your choice
Passion fruit pulp
Ice cream – homemade if possible
Rose petals
Sparkling wine

Arrange the fruit in a circle on the plate

Spoon over the passion fruit pulp

Place a scoop of ice cream in the middle

Arrange the petals to look like a flower

As you serve the dish to your guests pour over some sparkling wine
