Download the Tuna & Spring onions with a Wasabi sauce recipe.

Wasabi sauce
1/2 cup aioli
1/2 cup cream
1-2 Tsp wasabi paste
Mix together and warm slightly

Sear the tuna steaks in a very hot griddle pan
Pour over the wasabi sauce and scattered microgreens

Serve immediately
